All rates include ALL utilities – water, electric,

sewer, garbage & Wi-fi, plus access to the showers and Laundry Room

Our Internet is secured by firewalls as a fundamental component of the network infrastructure, bolstered by firewall rules on the routers. It is delivered as Wi-fi to the sites via UniFis throughout the Park and password protected.

Currently, we have 17 sites, 80 foot pull through, with full hooks ups.

Dog park coming. There will be plenty of room to run free and wild in the centrally located fenced dog park.

Brand new Laundry Room! Four washer and four dryers, all mobile app and card swipe operated. Chairs and a folding table. And a TV coming soon!

Glen and Candy Norris

Glen and Candy both grew up in the North Texas Area and live just minutes down the road from the RV Resort. Candy works at Holiday Autogroup in Whitesboro, and Glen manages the RV Resort. You can see his smiling face anytime Monday through Friday.
